Research
My
research
papers
have
been
presented
and
published
in
various
international
Conferences.
A
number
of
joint
research
papers
and
projects
are
currently
waiting
for
publications
in
International
Journals.
Currently,
I
am
the
principal
supervisor
of
two
PhD
research
degree
students
and
a
co-supervisor
of
five
PhD
students
aiming
to
successful
completion
of
their
higher
degree
within
the
allocated
timeframe.
Also
I
have
been
involved
in
association
with
Professor
John
Dekkers
and
Associate
Professor
Mike
Horsley
as
an
Industry
supervisor
to
successfully
completion
of
two
Professional
Doctorate
candidates,
at
CQUniversity, sponsored by UAE Ministry of Education.
My
contribution
as
an
industry
supervisor
for
two
candidates
reflects
the
core
idea
of
transdisciplinary:
different
academic
disciplines working jointly with practitioners to solve real-life problems. It can be applied in a great variety of fields.
The
emphasis
on
applied
research
has
enabled
the
students
to
undertake
a
major
research
project
to
further
increase
the
quality
of
the
secondary
schools
in
UAE.
As
industry
supervisor,
I
provided
the
needed
support
and
demonstrated
a
deep
understanding of secondary education and the unique environment in UAE.
•
As
an
Industry
Supervisor,
in
association
with

John
Dekkers
