Attempt to move beyond the preparation and delivery of the

course material towards fostering a spirit of collaboration

(negotiate learning partnerships).

I have been engaged in teaching and research in Australian universities since 2003. My previous appointments were at the CQUniversity Australia (2003- 2005), Queensland University of Technology (2006-2007), United Arab Emirates Embassy (2006-2010), and CQUniversity Australia (CMS) (2007- 2012). These academic leadership positions invariably involved me playing a key role in curriculum development, liaising with external industry and government bodies, student and senior faculty recruitment, student grievance handling and retention, faculty training and mentoring in order to meet the school's and the university's stated objectives. I can assure you of my loyalty, adaptability and ability to meet the (often) conflicting demands of various constituents that a institution of higher education has to operate with .

HRM in the Global Environment

My teaching involved motivating and inspiring students to believe that they are capable of reaching their achievements, achieving through hard work and persistence to develop to their full potential. My teaching philosophy reflected my belief that if students are encouraged to develop a positive view of themselves as learners and afforded the appropriate level of support whilst studying they can achieve the desired results. I always believed that extra mile to do whatever additional bits I could do to support students' learning. My teaching is very well supported by my broad based management experience and strong multicultural community engagement and networking skills as evidenced with various recognitions during the last decade. My wisdom and understanding of learning and teaching issues is respected and honored by my students and valued by my colleagues greatly. I have demonstrated many leadership qualities in different roles such as: Course Coordinator of many large courses managing teams of tutors and managing course delivery and assessment across all CQUniversity's campuses. Contribution to curriculum development for professional bodies' accreditation

Marketing Managment

My desire to contribute to course management and course development has rewarded me with a full- fledged Course Coordinator's role which involves managing the delivery of the very large HR courses across 11 campuses of CQUniversity and its distance students.
